Our window broke in the middle of the day and I called over 10 places - no one was willing or able to fix our window the same day due to materials or lack of resources. I called Steven and within an hour he was at our house, cleaned up the broken glass, replaced the window, and cleaned it. It looks better than new. His quote was also the fairest priced I received. I have saved Steven's number and he will for sure be my first call if I need another window or mirror specialist!

We're selling our home, and our realtor recommended a company whose reviews weren't stellar, so I went on the hunt for a second option. I called DFW Window Specialist because of the great reviews. The price was better, the warranty longer, and the turnaround quick. Steven worked hard to ensure we had a positive experience, and our windows look so good! Wish we hadn't waited so long so we could have enjoyed the windows ourselves...feels like a different house! Definitely worth every penny!

The overall quality of work that was done, and also the knowledge of the work was absolutely the best. I got quotes from other people and they did not educate me as well as Steven did. He helped me save money instead of wasting it on something that didn't need so much repairs, and that made my wife and I feel much more comfortable. Very professional! They were on time and very respectful. We don’t wear shoes in my home because my toddler has very severe food and outdoor allergies. They were very respectful of that, which I appreciated. They installed a glass shower for me and their prices were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. I needed a window that was broken on my garage repaired (1 pane) and hired DFW window specialist to come see what the repair would be needed. They arrived within 15 mins, took measurements and later that day, did the repair with high quality and precision.
